Amsterdam at a glance
Statistics Netherlands (CBS) counted 931,298 residents and 480,852 homes in the city in its 2024 key figures. The 17th-century canal ring inside the Singelgracht is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank House draw visitors from around the world. Vondelpark, a 19th-century park, is named after the writer Joost van den Vondel.
Most Amsterdam homes are apartments: 87 percent of dwellings are in multi-family buildings, and 70 percent are rented, 40 percent of all homes from housing corporations. With 206,195 business locations in the city, service firms price apartment renovations, moves, cleaning and repairs for tenants, landlords and corporations alike. A quote builder can ask who is asking, owner, tenant or landlord, before it shows a price.

Working with AppWT
Amsterdam is usually six hours ahead of Michigan, so project calls run over video at times that work on both sides.
